Respond to inquiries via email from offices and insurance entities regarding the status of claims.
Employ analytical skills to investigate and rectify inconsistencies related to claims processing.

Required Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general Windows applications.
Excellent multi-tasking abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Initiative-driven individual who seeks clarification when necessary.
Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
Proficient in alpha and 10-key keystroke with accuracy rates exceeding 90%.
Strong focus on detail to ensure precision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Previous experience in data entry is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits

Competitive pay rate of $16.00 per hour.
Flexible training schedule: On-site training from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm for the first month.
Post-training remote work hours from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
